Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of the Whisper Creek South HOA, Mokena, IL, held via Zoom (Virtual Meeting) at 5:30pm on March 28, 2024. This meeting was recorded.

1. CALL TO ORDER

Board member Art called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.

7 homeowner/families in total present

1. Update from the President
   Zoom Meeting With frugality in mind as the average cost for renting a space is $80. First meeting only had 7 people in attendance so we tried virtual this time.Reminder of the PO Box that all residents sent their annual dues to
   1. Board positions are a 1 year term so potential for a whole new board in to be elected every year. Board President position is up for election next quarter, with the meeting being some time in June. Anyone with interest in running for that position should make their intentions known at the next meeting and then it will be put to a vote.

   All current HOA expenses have been paid to include: Bill from townhomes for our share of the common area space that they maintain, Insurance for Directors and general liability.
   1. Waiting on 2 outstanding HOA Dues
4. Old Business
   1. Common Area Question from Q4 2023 mtg. Common areas are as follows:
      1. Lot 134, Lot 131 (sign, fence and landscape), Lot 133 (sign, fence, and landscape)
5. New Business
   1. No new business
6. Neighborhood Open Forum 2 min. / household
   1. Q: Does BOD have prior tax filings from Hartz?   A: Yes and our 2023 taxes will be filed ahead of deadline.
